Just started my water fitness at the Y. Finally found a great exercise that is easy on my knees. Defying gravity is a good thing when it comes to exercising for me. Indoor pools can be very very noisy & distracting. This waterproof iPod case I bought at waterproofcases.net - helped drown the noise (LOL- excuse the pun) and best of all it is waterproof.The website has various waterproof cases for cameras, phones and etc. It is a COOL THING to have if you are planning summer fun near the water.
