Crispy Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

• Ingredients: chicken wings, lemon pepper seasoning, all-purpose flour, canola oil
• For less frying time, I either boil the chicken wings first (half cook) or fry until outside is crispy enough and finish cooking them in the oven.
• Coat chicken wings with the lemon pepper seasoned flour

Deep frying in wok over medium heat. Fry a few at a time.

• For boiled chicken wings, 3-4 minutes frying time on each side
• For the other method: Fry to desired crispy look, bake in the preheated oven at 350º for 15-20 mins
